Monte San Giusto is a lovely hilltop town just 5 minutes walking distance from the house.  It enjoys a scenic position and still preserves an elegant sixteenth century mansion now hosting the municipal building and interesting fourteenth century churches. It also offers a variety of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. The sandy beaches of Civitanova Marche and the sophisticated county town of Macerata, with its renowned open-air opera theatre (Sferisterio) are only 20 minutes away. The Loreto sanctuary and the picturesque towns of Amandola and Sarnano (with its thermal waters and luxury health spa’s) are only 30 minutes away and with an hour drive you can reach Ascoli Piceno with its splendid architecture and Le Marche’s most beautiful piazza.
